Pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated § 25-15-201 et seq., notice is hereby given that the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) and Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Division of Child Care and Early Childhood Education is considering implementing a proposed revision to the Rules Governing The Arkansas Better Chance (ABC) Program. The revision to be considered is the educational requirements for classroom teachers in the ABC Program. A public hearing will be held on Monday, July 31, 2006, at 3:00 p.m., at the DHHS office, 700 Main Street, Little Rock in 1st floor Conference Rooms A & B.
