The Arkansas Department of Education Office of Teacher Quality announces the annual Teacher and Administrator Induction Update Meetings. One meeting will be held at each Education Service Cooperative according to the attached schedule. Information will be shared regarding rules, guidelines, polices and procedures for teacher and administrator Induction and Mentoring, Praxis III Performance Assessment, National Board Certification support and Non-Traditional Licensure.
Each school district is required to have representation at its respective Co-op meeting. Attendance space is reserved for the Superintendent (or his or her representative), the Human Resources Administrator, and the Induction/Mentoring Project Director (required). Reservations for attendance are to be made through the Teacher Center Coordinator at each respective Educational Service Cooperative. Additional attendee space may be requested by calling the designated person on the attached meeting schedule. School districts in the greater Little Rock area may choose a Co-op to attend.
