On July 10, 2006, the State Board of Education approved the attached Rules Governing Eye and Vision Screening Procedures and Test Standards in Arkansas Public Schools for students in grades Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 8th, as well as, all transfer students. This includes all public and charter schools. Also, the approved Eye and Vision Reporting and Parent Notification Forms have been attached to this memo.
