The National Association for the Education of Homeless Children and Youth (NAEHCY) is pleased to announce the 18th Annual Conference Building Futures Through Education. The Conference will be held at The Peabody Hotel in Little Rock, Arkansas, November 11-14, 2006. The conference will focus on ensuring that every child and youth experiencing homelessness is successful-academically, personally, and socially. The conference will also focus on complying with the McKinney-Vento Act, strategies for serving unaccompanied homeless youth, and disaster planning and response.
