Commissioner’s Memo COM-07-026 dated August 24, 2006, is rescinded in its entirety. School districts will continue to report fire prevention information as required by the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) in the cycle reports. The Division of Public School Academic Facilities and Transportation will summarize the needed fire prevention information from the cycle report.
