Minor modifications have been made to the Partnership Program Project Long Form Agreement Appendix C which is established in accordance with Ark. Code Ann. Sec. 6-20-2507. Districts are reminded that an Agreement must be executed for each Partnership Program project in order to receive state financial participation for the project. The Agreements establish the terms of the state’s financial participation and the conditions that must be satisfied by the school district.
