Special Education child count and personnel data are collected each year during Arkansas Public School Computer Network (APSCN) Cycle 4. The Arkansas Department of Education (ADE), Special Education Unit must report these data to the U.S. Department of Education (USDOE), Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) by February 1, 2007. To ensure the highest accuracy in data reporting to OSEP, the Special Education Unit provides districts an opportunity to review the December 1, 2006, child count and personnel data collected.

Beginning January 3, 2007, local education agencies can review and modify the Special Education child count and personnel data through MySped Resource on the Special Education website at http://arksped.k12.ar.us/.

Cycle 4 child count review tables for each district can be accessed from the Students option on the MySped Resource menu bar.

Cycle 4 personnel review tables for each district can be accessed from the Personnel option on the MySped Resource menu bar.
