Appendix C and Appendix D to the Partnership Program Project Long Form Agreement which is established in accordance with Ark.Code Ann. § 6-20-2507 has again been revised. Districts are reminded that an agreement must be executed for each Partnership Program Project in order to receive state financial participation for the project. The agreements establish the terms of the state’s financial participation and the conditions that must be satisfied by the school district.
