Please be reminded that the 2006-2007 Home School Notice of Intent forms need to be submitted to the Home School Office in a timely manner. Information gathered from the forms is used for testing purposes and data collection.
The Home School Notice of Intent form, law and Rules may be downloaded from the Home School Office web page at: http://arkansased.org/schools/schools_home.html.
It is requested that each district enter the following information in the designated areas on the Home School Notice of Intent forms before mailing to the Home School Office: District LEA #, educational cooperative, superintendent, school district, and county.
A legible copy of each Home School Notice of Intent form (front and back) must be filed with the district and submitted to the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE), Home School Office. Please continue to submit the Notice of Intents all year long and notice new address. Submit forms to:

Please notify the ADE Home School Office should a home school student return to public school. The student will be coded “withdrawn” from home school, not counted on the annual home school statistical report, and removed from the testing list.
