School Districts, that submitted Partnership Program applications on November 1, 2006, for new construction projects for fiscal years 2007-2009, that were not included on the original February 1, 2006, Master Plan are reminded to submit the required amended Master Plan by February 1, 2007. This submission must be in accordance with the instructions outlined in Commissioner's Memo COM-07-044 dated October 10, 2006. Partnership Program projects will not be reviewed nor favorably approved if the projects do not support and are not included on the district's Master Plan. An amended Master Plan must satisfy all the requirements of the February 1, 2006, Master Plan, to include conducting a public meeting.
In addition, all districts are also required to submit a Master Plan Project Update by February 1, 2007, using the web based tool located on the Division's web site at www.arkansasfacilities.com.
