The Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) Office of Teacher Quality will sponsor a meeting on February 16, 2007, to review important policies and procedures regarding novice teacher and beginning administrator Induction and Mentoring. Information to be shared includes Project Directors’ responsibilities with regard to the Pathwise Mentoring Model, mentoring beginning administrators, mentoring traditional and non-traditional novice teachers and preparing for the Praxis III performance assessment.

This meeting will be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel, 11301 Financial Centre Parkway, Little Rock, AR 72211, on February 16, 2007 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. There is no charge, and registration is not required. Mileage will be reimbursed and lunch will be provided.

All school district Project Directors are required to attend. Co-op Directors and Teacher Center Coordinators are encouraged to attend.
