The Twenty-Sixth Annual Curriculum and Instruction Conference will be held at the Arlington Hotel in Hot Springs, Arkansas, on June 24-27, 2007. This event is co-sponsored by the Arkansas Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (AASCD) and the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE). The 2007 theme, “Closing The Gaps; Ethnic, Gender, Economics,” highlights strategies and approaches to closing the achievement gap.
Dr. Richard Ramsey and Dr. T. Kenneth James (ADE Commissioner) will be the featured speakers of the conference, which will also include numerous concurrent sessions.
The 2007 conference will feature a Technology Pre-Conference on Sunday, June 24, 2007. The Technology Pre-Conference has only 60 slots available so be sure to register early.
