Several Arkansas education laws have reporting requirements.
Ark. Code Ann. §§ 6-16-123(d), 6-18-1105(c), and 6-16-124(c) (2), require legislative update on the following:

1. Progress report on implementation of Arkansas laws in district curricula
2. Report on schools and fundraising
3. Report on compliance with Arkansas history requirements

Each school district shall report the statements of assurance to the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) on a yearly basis found in the enclosed attachment. The ADE shall report this information on or before May 15 of each year to the House and Senate Interim Committees on Education.
