The Clinton Presidential Library, The Clinton Foundation, and the THEA Foundation are sponsoring an art competition in conjunction with two upcoming exhibits. "White House Impressions: President's House Through the Eye of the Artist" and "Art Across Arkansas". The competition is open to 5th through 8th grade students in Arkansas.
