Ark. Code Ann. § 6-18-1007 requires school districts to submit annual reports to the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE), outlining the compliance with and implementation plans for the provisions of the Public School Student Services Act. ADE is required to compile and file reports to the Senate and House Interim Committees on Education.

The 2006-2007 annual reporting forms are attached and should be completed by each school counselor in each school building, and returned by May 15, 2007, to: J.B. Robertson, Guidance/School Counseling Supervisor, Arkansas Department of Education, #4 Capitol Mall, Room 202-B, Little Rock, AR 72201.
