The purpose of this memo is to provide information regarding the Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) data pulls for the 2006-2007 school year. The enrollment data pulls will provide information that will be used in determining the percent tested. In addition, the data pulls will provide student demographic information used in subgroup classification for AYP.
The data pulls will be made on the first day of testing for the following state assessments:
April 17 - Grades 3-8 Benchmarks
April 24 - Algebra I End-of-Course
April 26 - Geometry End-of-Course
April 26 - Grade 9 Mathematics Portfolio
The data pulls for the following state assessments were made on the dates listed below:
March 17 - Grade 11 Literacy
March 10 - Mid-year Algebra I End-of-Course
March 10 - Mid-year Geometry End-of-Course
