The 30th annual Arkansas Association of Pupil Transportation (AAPT) conference will be held June 25-27, 2007, at the Hot Springs Convention Center. The association encourages all transportation professionals to become a member of the AAPT and get involved in the issues that affect public school transportation.
Public school transportation in Arkansas is changing rapidly. With new transportation programs now in place and another successful legislative session recently completed, all transportation personnel are encouraged to attend. The tentative agenda and a list of guest speakers are attached. A special session on student behavior has been programmed along with concurrent sessions on transportation issues.
Attendees are encouraged to pre-register by June 15, 2007. Registration will also be available at the conference beginning at 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM, Monday, June 25th, 2007.
