Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 25-15-201 et seq., notice is hereby given that the Arkansas Commission for Public School Academic Facilities and Transportation and the Arkansas Division of Public School Academic Facilities and Transportation is considering the promulgation of Rules Governing Property Insurance Requirements.
A public hearing will be held at 9:00 AM. on May 16, 2007, in the Auditorium of the Arkansas Department of Education, #4 Capitol Mall, Little Rock, AR.
