Video conference workshops on Financial Fiscal Year-End procedures have been scheduled for June 4 and June 6, 2007. The training is the same on both days; therefore, it is only necessary to attend one session. The workshop content will be offered each day from 8:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. The educational service cooperatives and school districts that have confirmed as sites hosting the video workshop for each session are listed on the schedule attached to this memo.
The training will cover all aspects of closing out the current fiscal year and coding changes for FY08. The targeted audience is business/financial officers, treasurers, and bookkeepers, and any other school personnel responsible for entering district financial transactions in the Arkansas Public School Computer Network (APSCN) financial system.
