Video conference workshops are scheduled for Cycle 1 training on August 7 and 9, 2007. The training is the same on both days; therefore, it is only necessary to attend one session. The workshop content will be offered each day from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. The educational service cooperatives and school districts that have confirmed as sites hosting the video workshop for each session are listed on the schedule attached to this memo.
The training will cover all aspects of submitting Cycle 1 data and explain any changes. The targeted audience is business/financial officers, treasurers, and bookkeepers, and any other school personnel responsible for entering district financial transactions in the Arkansas Public School Computer Network (APSCN) financial system.
