Attached are the lists of 2006-2007 Unrestricted and Restricted Indirect Cost Rates for Arkansas school districts and Arkansas education service cooperatives. The indirect cost rates have been calculated using 2004-2005 data as required by federal regulations.
Please print this Commissioner’s Communication along with the appropriate attached list of indirect cost rates and place both in the district or cooperative audit file. These rates are to be used for expenditures in the 2006-2007 school year. The rates for computing indirect cost reimbursement in the 2007-2008 school year will be issued no later than June 30, 2008.
