Pursuant to Act 1220 of 2003, notice is hereby given that the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to Rules Governing Nutrition and Physical Activity Standards and Body Mass Index for Age Assessment Protocols in Arkansas Public Schools on Thursday, June 28, 2007, at 1:00 PM in the Auditorium of the Arch Ford Education Building.
