The State Board of Education in the July 9, 2007, regularly scheduled meeting, approved the Proposed Rules Governing Eligibility and Financial Incentives For Arkansas Leadership Academy Master School Principal Designation and for the Proposed Rules Governing Waivers of the Earnings Limitations Under The Teacher Retirement System, to go out for public comment.
The public hearing for the Rules on Earnings Limitations will be held on Tuesday, August 7, 2007, at 1:00 p.m.
The public hearing for the Rules concerning Master School Principal Program will begin at 2:00 p.m. that same day.
Both hearings will be held in the Auditorium at the Arkansas Department of Education, #4 Capitol Mall, Little Rock, Arkansas.
Written comments will be accepted in the Human Resources Office through August 20, 2007.
