Due to the FY-08 funding level of the Even Start Program and the McKinney Vento Homeless program, the Department of Education will not solicit new grant proposals as previously announced in Commissioner’s Memo LS-07-134 issued on June 18, 2007 and LS-08-001 issued on July 7, 2007.
