Ark. Code Ann. § 6-17-1901 requires each school district with more than five percent (5%) minority students (African-American and other minorities) to annually prepare and submit a Minority Teacher and Administrator Recruitment Plan.
The plan should be sent on or before OCTOBER 15, 2007, to:
