Pursuant to Act 219 and 1015 of 2007, notice is hereby given that the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to Rules Governing Standards for Accreditation of Arkansas Public Schools and School Districts to include Acts 219 and 1015 of 2007 on Wednesday, September 12, 2007, from 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. in the ADE Auditorium of the Arch Ford Education Building.

Written comments should be mailed to the Arkansas Department of Education, Office of Legal Counsel, #4 Capitol Mall, Room 404-A, Little Rock, AR 72201, by September 24, 2007.
