Attached is the Title V, Innovative Education Program Strategies, 2007-2008 Schedule of Payments. The due date of this Report is October 1, 2007.
For the 2007-2008 school year, the attached Excel spreadsheet must be used. This spreadsheet is a working spreadsheet, which will populate to other fields as data is entered. When entering data make sure that the “Total Budgeted” line on the Schedule of Payment form is the amount listed on the Title V Arkansas Comprehensive School Improvement Plan (ASCIP) budget page.
Please request the funds as near to the time of expenditure as possible. Please save this document on the computer of the person responsible for completing it. After entering and saving the data to the form, email the completed form, as an attachment, to Federal Grants Management at ADE.FedGrantMgmt@arkansas.gov
The schedule of payments must be e-mailed. A confirmation that the report has been received in a readable format will be sent. If there are problems with the form, the district person transmitting the report will be notified by e-mail. No handwritten, typed, or faxed Schedule of Payments will be accepted.
