The Arkansas Department of Education will begin publishing a monthly newsletter in September especially written for teachers. Arkansas Education Matters for Teachers will be posted the first week of each month on the department's Web site, ArkansasEd.org. It will be accessible from the Teachers page; the icon to link to the Teachers page is at the top of the department's home page. Attached is a flyer promoting the newsletter. Please distribute to teachers and/or post where it can be seen by teachers.
