A one-hour web teleconference workshop on Special Education Finance and Budgeting for FY 2007-2008 will be conducted in repeated sessions on September 24 and 25, 2007. The workshop will be offered each day from 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Pre-registration is required.
The workshop will focus on highlights of finance and budgeting, federal rules, reporting requirements, and finance-related changes in the Individuals With Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) 2004. Training will also cover state appropriated special education accounts.
