Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 25-15-201 et seq., notice is hereby given that the Arkansas Commission for Public School Academic Facilities and Transportation and the Arkansas Division of Public School Academic Facilities and Transportation is considering the promulgation of Rules Governing the two programs stated above.
Public hearings will be held at the following dates and times:
Facility Catastrophic Program Rule: 8:00 AM, November 13, 2007
Facility Distress Program Rule: 9:00 AM, November 13, 2007
Public hearings will be held in the Auditorium of the Arkansas Department of Education, #4 Capitol Mall, Little Rock, AR.
