All school districts, educational co-ops, open-enrollment charter schools, and state-operated educational programs are reminded of the importance of the upcoming Arkansas Public School Computer Network (APSCN) Cycle 4 data submission requirements for special education child count and special education personnel. APSCN Cycle 4 closes on December 15, 2007.

To assist special education programs in reporting the December 1 child count and personnel data accurately, a series of Web teleconferences will be held throughout the month of November. To register for a Web teleconference, go to http://www.arswis.info.

• November 13-15, 2007: School Age Programs (school districts, open enrollment charter schools, and state agencies using APSCN)
• November 21, 2007: State agencies (school age) that do not report through APSCN (ADC, DYS, and CHDC)
• November 28, 2007: DDS Early Childhood (3-5 DDTCS)
• November 29, 2007: Early Childhood Programs (educational co-ops, school districts, and state agencies using APSCN)
