On October 4, 2007, the Arkansas Legislative Education Committee gave final approval to the Rules Governing Athletic Expenditures for Public School Districts. This rule was developed to implement Ark. Code Ann. งง 6-11-105, 6-20-2001 et seq., 6-16-137, and Act 255 of the 2007 regular session.
