On October 4, 2007, the Arkansas Legislative Education Committee gave final approval to the Rules Governing the Calculation of Miscellaneous Funds. This rule was developed to implement Ark. Code Ann. §§ 6-20-2303 et seq. and Acts 272 and 825 of the 2007 regular session.
