On October 4, 2007, the Arkansas Legislative Education Committee gave final approval to the Rule Governing The Final Close of Public School Financial Records. This rule was developed to implement Ark. Code Ann. งง 6-11-105, 6-20-2202(d)(1)(B) and Act 858 of the 2007 regular session.
