The new Rules Governing the Arkansas Alternative Pay Program, Rules Governing the Rewarding Excellence in Acheivement Program (REAP), and the Rules Governing Incentives for Teacher Recruitment and Retention in High Priority Districts with an ADM of 1000 or fewer, have been approved by the State Board of Education. These rules were promulgated as a result of the Arkansas Legislative Session in 2007. A copy of the rules has been provided as an attachment. Please review the rules carefully to ensure compliance.
