Commensurate with Commissioner’s Memo, COM-08-055, dated November 20, 2007, revised Master Plan Guidelines for the February 1, 2008, Master Plan submission are now available on the Division web site at www.arkansasfacilities.com. The revised guidelines reflect the changes outlined in the referenced memo.
In accordance with the revised guidelines, school districts may submit Master Plans either in hard copy (binders as originally requested) or electronically. Either format must reach this office either electronically by midnight February 1, 2008, or via mail postmarked not later than February 1, 2008.
Electronic submission may be made by accessing the Master Plan web based tool that has been revised to accept uploading of documents following the instructions in the revised guidelines.
