Rules governing the Academic Facilities Partnership Program Project submissions are presently available for review and public comment. Pending the completion of that process, Partnership Project applications must be received by the Division, in accordance with the revised rule, on May 1, 2008.
School districts are asked to disregard the March 3,2008,submission deadine for Partnership Project applications stated in Commissioner's Memo COM-08-055 dated November 20, 2007.
