Ark. Code Ann. § 6-18-1007 requires school districts to submit annual reports to the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) outlining the compliance with and implementation of plans for the provisions of the Public School Student Services Act. The ADE is required to compile and file reports to the Senate and House Interim Committees on Education.

The 2007-2008 annual reporting forms are attached and should be completed by each school counselor in each school building, and returned by May 15, 2008, to: J.B. Robertson, Guidance/School Counseling Unit Leader, Arkansas Department of Education, #4 Capitol Mall, Room 202-B, Little Rock, AR 72201.
