Required videoconference training for the administration of the American Diploma Project Algebra II Exam is scheduled for April 29, 2008, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Districts are required to send the District Test Coordinator or a representative to receive the information for the administration of this assessment.
Please submit a registration form for the district representative (s) who will be attending the training session by going to http://arkansased.org/reg/algebra.htm. Registration forms must be submitted via the Web site no later than April 25, 2008.
District Test Coordinators can download the Test Administration Manual by going to www.pearsonaccess.com and then logging into PEMSolution using the username and password information that has been provided by Pearson. Please bring this information to the videoconference. PowerPoint handouts will be made available prior to the videoconference.
Additionally, the date for the 2008-2009 ADP Mid-Year Algebra II Exam has been established after consulting with the Arkansas Activities Association. The date for this test administration will be January 14, 2009. Please add this date to the previously distributed 2008-2009 testing calendar.
