The Arkansas State Board of Education (ASBE), at its regular meeting on May 12, 2008, gave its final approval to Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) Proposed Rules Governing Minimum Qualifications for General Business Managers of Public School Districts.

The approved rules are attached to this memo and will be reviewed by the Legislative Council on June 5, 2008. The review by Legislative Council is required before the rules are considered final.
