Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. §§ 6-21-304 and 25-15-204 notice is hereby given that the Arkansas Commission for Public School Academic Facilities and Transportation and the Arkansas Division of Public School Academic Facilities and Transportation (ADPSAFT) are considering the promulgation of Rules Governing the program stated above.
The written comment period as noted in Commissioner Memo COM-09-008 has been extended until September 15, 2008.
