A Distance Learning Workshop entitled FREE AND REDUCED PRICE MEAL ELIGIBILITY AND APPLICATION PROCESS will be presented on TWO DAYS, WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 3, 2008, and again on THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 4, 2008.
This three-hour workshop, covering current regulations and the “2008 Eligibility Manual for School Meals,” will be offered from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and will have the same content each day, therefore, personnel need only attend one training session. All district personnel involved in determining eligibility for the Child Nutrition Program, including the determining, certifying, confirming, hearing, and verifying officials, need to register for one day of this important training.
