Arkansas Teacher of the Year (ATOY), Paul Gray, is in the process of collecting information about hindrances to student success by going to Arkansas schools and conducting interviews with students who are not succeeding academically. Specifically, Mr.Gray would like to meet with students over pizza to learn about roadblocks to success as well as any ideas that would aid in the process of achieving success.

Mr. Gray would like teachers and administrators to issue an invitation for him to come into schools to visit with students. After the interviews, Mr. Gray will collate the findings and share the result with the teachers and administrators.
