The training workshops will consist of training for pre-test activities, test day procedures, and post-test activities. Prior to the training session, the school will receive materials that can be used to help train staff assisting with the test administration. Because space is limited, only the appointed Test Supervisor, Back-Up Test Supervisor, and Test Accommodations Coordinator from each school are eligible to attend the workshop. Attendance at a workshop is optional for District Test Coordinators (DTCs) who would like to learn more about what schools in their district are required to do during the testing process.
Please register through ACT instead of through the cooperatives. Seating is limited so early registration is advised. The registration window is November 7, 2008,through November 21, 2008. Each district will be notified at the time of registration if a site is full, and the district will have the opportunity to select another location at that time. Once registration is completed, the district will receive an email confirming registration.
