A Distance Learning Workshop entitled “Arkansas’ Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program (FFVP): First Year Success Stories and Planning for the Future” will be presented on Thursday, March 5, 2009, from 1:00-4:00 p.m. This three-hour workshop will highlight success stories and opportunities for improvement in implementing the FFVP in Arkansas the first year, as well as the application process and program requirements for school year 2009-2010. Any district personnel interested in obtaining information about the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program Grants to Elementary Schools are encouraged to attend this three hour training.
