The Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) Office of Teacher Quality (OTQ) is soliciting proposals from eligible entities to establish instructional sites for the Non-Traditional Licensure Program Instructional Modules for 2009-2010. The attached Request for Proposals (RFP) outlines the eligibility criteria and establishes guidance for preparing a proposal.
