On behalf of Governor Mike Beebe, the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) is pleased to announce that the Governor’s annual Scholastic Honors Day will be held in Little Rock on May 2, 2009, at the Governor's Mansion. Scholastic Honors Day recognizes Arkansas’s best and brightest students.
Please complete the attached form with the requested information for the top-two seniors at each high school and return via e-mail as per the instructions on the form. The Governor’s Office and the ADE realize that the decision on the identity of the two students may not yet be finalized, but please choose the two students best representing academic achievement in the local senior class.
