Reference is made to Commissioners memo COM-08-164 dated June 25, 2008.
The Division has established the criteria for the Corrective and Preventative Maintenance Annual Reports. The first report will cover the period July 1, 2008, to June 30, 2009, and will be submitted by July 3, 2009.
The specific instructions as to how the reports are to be compiled are attached to this Commissioners Memo. The instructions are different depending on whether the school district utilizes the statewide Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), (SchoolDude©), or another system.
School districts utilizing the statewide CMMS will have this report feature built into the SchoolDude© program. Training to implement the report feature will be conducted over the next three months at scheduled training courses throughout the state. School districts not utilizing the statewide CMMS will follow the attached instructions provided for report compilation and utilize the report formats attached to this memo.
The Division is developing a method to allow direct submission of the reports through the Webtool. The instructions will be made available as soon as the program is developed.
