Please note these important points regarding the April 10, 2009, meeting for school district, charter school and educational cooperative personnel regarding the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 and the Arkansas Smart Accountability plan.
* Only those district, charter school and educational cooperative positions identified in COM-09-143 and on the registrition form will be allowed into the meeting. This is due mainly to consideration for capacity but this meeting is also intended to be a discussion between the SEA and LEAs. No vendors will be allowed into the meeting, however, anyone can access materials and a film clip of the meeting on the www.recovery.arkansas.gov site. The goal is to have all materials posted by Monday, April 13, if possible.
* Attendees should arrive between 9:30 and 9:45 in order to have time to sign in and take a seat. The meeting will begin promptly at 10 a.m.
