o The Average Daily Membership (ADM) data submitted during Cycle 7 for quarter 4 and updates for quarters 1, 2, and 3. Student growth and declining enrollment funding amounts may have changed for some school districts as a result of the ADM updates.
o Revisions to Isolated Special Needs Funding amounts resulting from an appropriation transfer approved by the Arkansas Legislative Council at its September 4, 2008, meeting
